"I came from working at a warehouse — no sales background, nothing. My first week was slow but by week three I cleared $1,380. The training actually prepared me. I wasn't just thrown out there."
"I got promoted to team lead after four months. What I appreciate most is that management actually picks up the phone. If you're struggling they show up with you in the field. That's not normal at most jobs."
"I was at $14/hour in retail and had no idea this kind of opportunity existed near me. Hit $1,600 my second full week. I work near my neighborhood and the hours actually work around my kids' schedule."
"My manager was genuinely there during my first week — showed me how to approach people, what to say, what documents to check. I wasn't just handed a tablet and told good luck. I felt set up to win."
"I did Doordash before this. Made decent money but no ceiling, no growth. Here I'm at $1,450 average per week and working toward trainer. I've recruited two people from my own neighborhood already."
"Honestly the thing I didn't expect was how much it felt like I was actually helping people. Connecting an elderly woman in Compton to a free phone she didn't know she qualified for — that doesn't feel like sales."

One World Wireless was built on a simple idea: the Lifeline program exists to help low-income Californians afford phone service — but too many eligible residents don't know they qualify, or face a process that feels impossible to navigate alone.
We built a field team that shows up in person — at community events, food banks, shopping centers — and makes enrollment feel human. We're also creating real earning opportunities for agents who reflect the communities they serve.
Every decision we make is grounded in what's best for the residents and agents we serve.
No fine print. No confusion. Customers and agents always know exactly where they stand.
We create meaningful income for agents who reflect the neighborhoods they work in.
Our team shows up — in the field, for customers, and for the agents we've committed to supporting.
Whether you're a resident looking for free phone service, or someone ready to build income and a career — we want to hear from you.
Whether you're interested in becoming an agent, have questions about the Lifeline program, or want to know if your area is covered — reach out. A real person will respond.

Required disclosures under FCC and USAC guidelines
Lifeline is a federal program administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) that provides a monthly benefit to eligible low-income consumers to help make phone or internet service more affordable. The program is funded through the Universal Service Fund.
To qualify for Lifeline, a consumer must have an income at or below 135% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or participate in one of the following qualifying programs:
The Lifeline program limits benefits to one per household. A household is defined as any individual or group of individuals who live together at the same address and share income and expenses as an economic unit. Spouses and dependents living in the same household are considered one household for purposes of this rule.
Important Notice
Violation of the one-per-household rule constitutes Lifeline fraud. Subscribers who receive more than one Lifeline benefit may be subject to repayment of benefits received and criminal prosecution under federal law.
Lifeline subscribers must recertify their eligibility every year. USAC will contact you annually to confirm you still qualify. Failure to recertify will result in loss of the benefit. One World Wireless may assist you with recertification — contact our team for help.
Lifeline subscribers must use their service at least once every 30 days to retain the benefit. Failure to use the service may result in de-enrollment from the program. "Use" includes making or receiving a call, sending a text message, using data, or purchasing additional minutes/data.
Lifeline benefits are non-transferable. The benefit is tied to the eligible consumer and may not be transferred to another person or household member who is not themselves eligible.
Willfully making false statements to obtain Lifeline benefits is punishable by federal law and may result in fines of up to $10,000 and/or imprisonment. All applicants must certify the accuracy of their eligibility information under penalty of perjury.
One World Wireless is an authorized Lifeline enrollment partner. We facilitate the application process and connect eligible consumers with participating carriers. Actual wireless service is provided by the carrier, not by One World Wireless. Service availability, plan details, and device availability may vary by location and carrier.
